Before Trial and Appellate Courts | | | Dann Dorfman Herrell and Skillman provides counsel for and litigates patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related unfair competition cases, including litigation involving related employer-employee agreements and restrictive convenants as well as inventorship and other disputes involving invention development. We serve as lead counsel in contested proceedings in the US court system. We will file and prosecute proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction and also will defend such proceedings on behalf of our clients. The firm also serves as local counsel for out-of-state law firms in connection with proceedings in the local area.
